In this below-sea-level basin, steady drought and record summer heat make Death Valley a land of extremes. Yet, each extreme has a striking contrast. Towering peaks are frosted with winter snow. Rare rainstorms bring vast fields of wildflowers. Lush oases harbor tiny fish and refuge for wildlife and humans. Despite its morbid name, a great diversity of life survives in Death Valley. At least in this case, one life form survived!

Please Note: Due to the archival print quality we hold for all prints, it will likely take between 7-21 days for your print to arrive. Each print undergoes rigorous quality testing to ensure it is up to archival standards (meaning the prints are crafted to be able to be placed in a museum for many years). Expect closer to 21 days if it was framed, and 7-10 if it was just rolled or matted.
